Todd is a native Oklahoman, who after graduating with honors from East Central University in his hometown of Ada and being honored as outstanding accounting graduate, the school of accounting’s highest achievement, settled in Tulsa in 1993.  Todd is a Certified Public Accountant, who prior to joining the Firm, obtained nearly 15 years of tax and financial accounting experience working as a Manager in the tax consulting practice of Ernst & Young, as an audit Officer of banking operations with Bank of Oklahoma, and a financial accounting auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick.  He earned his J.D. from Tulsa University, graduating in the top 10% of his class with highest honors, and while in law school receiving awards for top law student in federal income tax and employee benefits classes. Todd has served multiple times as Chairman of the Tax Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Chairman of the Tulsa Tax Professionals. Over the past 10 years, he has volunteered countless hours coaching youth sports in our community including soccer, basketball and baseball.
